“OLTENIA SIX METERS”

 

The 8th Edition 2004

 

 

Contest Period:

The "OLTENIA SIX METERS" –contest will be held parallel  with IARU-50 MHz- Contest.

                                (19 – 20 June 2004)      

                         Start at 14.00 UTC on Saturday, end at 14.00 UTC on Sunday.

 

Band: 50 MHz IARU Region 1contest band plan.

 

Modes: A1A, A3E, R3A, J3E and F3E(G3E) according to IARU Region 1 50MHz band plan.

             

Categories: a) single operator; b) multi operators.

 

Exchanges: RS(T) plus a progressive serial number starting with 001 plus WW QTH loc.

Each station can be worked only once. Contacts made via active repeaters do not count for points.

 

Points: 1 km = 1 point

 

Scoring: Sum of total points.

           - We still accept paper logs but electronic logs in standard EDI format it  

             is the best choice.  

- Each log has to be accompanied by a Summary sheet showing

             usual data: call sign, country, name, address, section, number of  

             QSOs, points, band multiplier,score,station description.

 

 

Remarks: For all foreign (outside Romania) participants should be strong necessary at listone (1) QSO with any Romanian station, these means any YO; YP; YQ or YR call.

 

Awards: The first ten places of each category will obtain a DIPLOMA.

 During the contest is possible to obtain free “PELENDAVA – CRAIOVA” award: QSO with 2 stations members from Clubul Sportiv Municipal Craiova.
