Contest Report from SM4WKV in JO79NB at 144 MHz =============================================== This time I (SM4VLM) made a visit to my friend Per(SM4WKV) to help him in this contest. Joining us was also SM4WKT so together we formed a small 'Contest Team'. We had a nice evening together and had fun. Sadly Per almost lost his voice but he was happy with the result and new square on his mapp. We felt that the conditions for SSB wasn't the best and since we don't know CW we missed out on the aurora. We also had big trouble in some directions with heavy QRM from the railroad. 73 de SM4VLM // Gunnar Contest : NORDISK AKTIVITETS TEST Date : 2000 Apr 04 Section : Single QTH : HALLSBERG SWEDEN Op : SM4WKV;SM4WKT;SM4VLM TX : YAESU FT-221R, 100 W RX : YAESU FT-221R Antenna : 11 ELEMENT TONNA, 0 mASL Log : TACLog by OZ1FDJ, 1,98, http://www.qsl.net/oz1fdj QSOs : 39 -invalid: 0 Points/valid QSO -valid : 39 QSO-points (*1) : 5531 142 WWLs : 16 WWL bonus (500) : 8000 205 DXCCs : 3 DXCC bonus (0) : 0 0 ------------------------------ ------ Total score : 13531 347 ODX : OZ9KY in JO45VX at 468 km Worked World Wide Locators: JO45: 1 JO69: 2 JO78: 5 JO87: 1 JO97: 2 JP70: 7 JO67: 1 JO76: 1 JO79: 7 JO88: 2 JO99: 1 JP90: 2 JO68: 3 JO77: 1 JO86: 1 JO89: 2 Worked DXCCs: OH0 : 2 OZ : 1 SM : 36 Top 10 QSO-points: 20000404 1910 OZ9KY 59 59 JO45VX 468 20000404 1824 OH0AZ 58 59 JP90XI 307 20000404 1822 OH0A 54 59 JP90XD 298 20000404 1834 SM7VHS 54 57 JO76LN 279 20000404 1848 SM7NNJ 55 53 JO86DQ 273 20000404 1854 SM1CIO 54 53 JO97HR 253 20000404 1838 SM1FMT 58 59 JO97FS 242 20000404 2143 SM4L 55 52 JP70WS 195 20000404 1931 SK6D 55 53 JO67JV 188 20000404 2015 SM6VYK 55 54 JO68EG 182
