Howdy, Prel.result: Total: 8379 pts, 10 bonus locators, 18 QSO's, best 435km LA2Z At 1820 GMT the path to SM4's and LA's was very much enhanced. Wkd: LA2Z 435km, LA1T 434km, LA0BY/P 417km, SK4KO 249km .... Station: 8W CW, 3el yagi, 25masl. (too weak for Au) /Christer SM0NCL / JO99AK PS. what about the latest proposal on change of classes (in NAC) as stated in VHF spalten in QTC? Are all clubs actually running either multi-op, multi-antenna, multi-pwr operations ? I think many are, but if the "rules" should be improved, just the fact that being a "club" should not be the qualifier for a certain "big-gun class" - or ?. The proposal is too simple minded - I think. Will there ever be fair rules that covers all of the SM participants, considering any: geographical position, antenna budget, ERP, antenna direction prioritizations etc....maybe not ay ;-) But - how about opening up a new "peanut class" with simple rules: limited to 5 - 25W PEP, only one omni-directional antenna or perhaps a max.10dbd directional type is more common, only counting no.of QSO's., score table presented per own district, only one operator, being portable is alllowed, changing locator is allowed. Main principle: One "free class" with no restrictions (except license restrictions ;-) and one "controlled" class. Does anyone care ? DS.
