This made SSB signals very hard to copy. Toward OH the true antenna direction was not always producing the best signals. E.g. OH6QR was not readable on true heading but ok with an antenna offset of 20-30 degrees. Also very large spread on signal strength, got 599 from several of the distant stations that normaly would give 559 report. Any idea out there what may be the mechanism behind this kind of conds? _______________________________________________________________________ Contest: NAC 432 MHz Call: SM0DFP Section: A Loc : JO89VL Date: 20001212 -------------------------------------------------------------------- | Band | TOTAL | QSO-POINTS | BAD | LOC-POINTS | QRB KM | | 432M | 24080 | 58 15380 | 0 | 29 8700 | OZ2LD 636 | -------------------------------------------------------------------- Station description : 432M : 400W, 2x22el, preamp in ant ----432M----432M----432M----432M----432M----432M----432M---- DX Date Time Call Loc Bnd Mod QRB QTE 1 20001212 2144 OZ2LD JO54TU 432M CW 636 218 2 20001212 2010 LY2IC KO14WW 432M CW 625 141 3 20001212 1820 OZ9KY JO45VX 432M SSB 616 234 4 20001212 1947 SK7MW JO65MJ 432M SSB 537 214 5 20001212 1925 OZ1IEP JO55XU 432M SSB 533 223 6 20001212 2024 SM2DXH KP03CU 432M CW 504 14 7 20001212 2027 SK2AT KP03BU 432M CW 503 13 8 20001212 2029 OH6QR KP22BN 432M CW 485 42 9 20001212 2100 OH6ZZ KP12BO 432M SSB 420 32 10 20001212 2104 ES2NJ KO29NK 432M SSB 416 87 Worked Locator JO45: 1 JO54: 1 JO55: 1 JO58: 2 JO59: 3 JO65: 1 JO67: 1 JO68: 2 JO69: 1 JO78: 3 JO79: 3 JO86: 1 JO88: 2 JO89: 3 JO97: 8 JO99: 4 JP70: 2 JP80: 3 JP81: 1 JP90: 3 JP92: 1 KO14: 1 KO29: 2 KP00: 1 KP01: 1 KP03: 2 KP12: 1 KP20: 2 KP22: 1 Worked DXCC SM:40 OH0: 3 OZ: 3 LA: 3 OH: 6 ES: 2 LY: 1 ----------------------------------------------------------- LOGGER 1.10 (http://welcome.to/logger) by Ulf/SM0LCB
