I think the 24GHz multiplier is too low (x6), or rather - the relation between 
reward and effort is not working well. 
It takes a lot of time to setup a 24G QSO in comparison in setting-up 
a 1.3 - 10G QSOs - mainly beacuse the nature of the antennas, equipment 
available and signalpath attenuation.

If I spend 20minutes on a 24Ghz an complete it the score will be:
10km * 6(multiplier) + 300 (bonus) = 360pts

If I spend 20minutes on the other u-wave bands and on average completes 5 QSO's,
 with locals or exceeding 100km. Score will be:
5(# of QSO) * 100km(average distance on 5 QSQ 's) * 2,5 (average multipler for 4bands) 
+ 2 * 300 (average 2 SQRs per 5 QSO)= 1850pts (five times more than the 24G QSO)

Maybe the 24G multiplier should be (at least) five times the 10Ghz multiplier 5*5=25?
