Something, may be the fan made QRM in the RX. It distorted all signals and it made SSB almost unread- able. We have had the problem before but now it was worse then ever. I did not understand that the PA was the problem before so thegood thing is that I found the source of the problem. Worked a great part of the test almost deaf and the rest barefoot. Sorry if I did not hear you but it will be better next month. 73 de PeO/SM0EPO _______________________________________________________________________ Contest: NAC 144 MHz Call: SK0CT Section: A Loc : JO89XJ Date: 20010904 -------------------------------------------------------------------- | Band | TOTAL | QSO-POINTS | BAD | LOC-POINTS | QRB KM | | 144M | 28839 | 60 15339 | 0 | 27 13500 | LY2IC 612 | -------------------------------------------------------------------- Station description : 144M : IC-275E + PA, 400W, 2*17 el yagi ----144M----144M----144M----144M----144M----144M----144M---- DX Date Time Call Loc Bnd Mod QRB QTE 1 20010904 1831 LY2IC KO14WW 144M CW 612 142 2 20010904 1823 LY2CI/P KO15LA 144M CW 573 146 3 20010904 1809 OZ1PIF JO65AN 144M SSB 555 222 4 20010904 1908 OZ1HLB JO55US 144M SSB 550 225 5 20010904 1945 SMONCL/3 JP84AE 144M CW 544 350 6 20010904 1829 LY2FR KO15VR 144M CW 537 137 7 20010904 1906 SK7MW JO65MJ 144M SSB 535 216 8 20010904 1801 OZ1IEP JO55XU 144M SSB 533 225 9 20010904 1849 OH6MSZ KP21XU 144M CW 517 54 10 20010904 1819 LY3RI/P KO15KQ 144M CW 507 142 Worked Locator JO55: 2 JO58: 1 JO59: 2 JO65: 2 JO68: 1 JO69: 1 JO77: 1 JO78: 4 JO79: 5 JO87: 1 JO88: 2 JO89: 4 JO97: 3 JO99: 5 JP70: 5 JP80: 1 JP81: 4 JP84: 1 JP90: 2 JP92: 1 KO14: 1 KO15: 4 KO29: 3 KP00: 1 KP01: 1 KP10: 1 KP21: 1 Worked DXCC SM :41 OH0 : 3 LA : 2 OZ : 3 LY : 5 OH : 3 ES : 3 Heard Station ----------------------------------------------------------- LOGGER 1.10 (http://welcome.to/logger) by Ulf/SM0LCB
